6.  Why did you raise your shipping charges?     I was initially trying to keep prices down by using USPS Media Mail Rate. But this postage type, depending on delivery address, could take as long as 10 days- sometimes longer.  It was also a bit unreliable as I have had a couple of customers report that they *never* even received their order.  And since timely delivery is a major part of customer satisfaction, my back is pressed firmly against the wall- I just so have to raise prices.  The good news is orders should now be delivered within 2-3 days.  There's also a Delivery Confirmation (via web) service thrown in the mix.           7.  How do I get in touch with you if there's a problem with my order or if I have a request?     My email is support@bobongbooks.com which I check every 5 minutes- 9 AM until 5 PM EST.  Because I have a regular day job too, I can't release my phone number here unless you plan to buy 100 pieces of books and are extremely good-looking at the same time.           8.  Do you accept returns?     No, I don't accept returns.  These are books we are talking about.  Not even Amazon and Barnes & Noble accept returns on reading materials.  Besides, for a $5.75 commodity, returns are not worth all the shipping and credit card chargeback hassles.           9.  What types of credit cards do you accept?     I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.           10.  Are three books all you are selling?     Yes, the four books comprise the entire product line.  But when Bob Ong comes up with new titles, those will be featured here as well.           11.  Do you ship to Canada?     On a case to case basis, I do.  Buyer needs to shoulder exact postage to Canada as determined by the US Post Office here.  As a guide, three books cost about US$5.05 to ship to Orleans, Canada.  Email me at support@bobongbooks.com for more information.           12.  Where are the autographed copies you used to sell?     Unfortunately, I have exhausted all of my signed copies.  Bob Ong also has indefinitely stopped book-signing even for BobOngBooks.Com.              << PREVIOUS         HOME   |   BOOKS   |   FAQS   |   FORUMS   |   EMAIL
